Food & Beverage Services Manager – Permanent

Stapleford Park is a 4 red star luxury country house hotel offering a spa, championship golf course, luxury accommodation, country sports & 2 AA Rosette Restaurant. We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Services Manager to join our team.


Applicants must have previous management experience at a Rosette restaurant and be a highly effective business, and people manager.


The role:

  • Fully operational, ‘hands on’ role, as well as back of house duties
  • Driving sales forward to ensure maximum profitability
  • Implement and monitor departmental training and development plans
  • To be responsible for Health and Safety issues within the Food and Beverage department
  • Full operational responsibility for all aspects of the food and beverage units

The Person:

  • Ideal candidate comes from a high volume, high end background and if possible with multi operations management experience
  • Outstanding experience in Food and Beverage management and the ability to display excellent customer care skills in a fast paced environment
  • Operational experience an advantage
  • Good Financial awareness with a full understanding of Food and Beverage revenue streams and controls
  • Proven man-management, coaching and team building skills
  • Good understanding of H&S legislation

Salary – competitive.

Night Receptionist (including occasional Porter duties)

The Night Receptionist is responsible for ensuring that a warm and professional welcome is provided to all our guests, first time, on time, every time. The Receptionist will ensure a consistently high quality of service to all guests and support other members of the front desk team and draw on previous customer facing experience to achieve service and revenue targets. An able communicator, the Receptionist must be able to demonstrate their ability to converse with a wide variety of guests and colleagues at all levels, therefore a high standards of literacy, numeracy and computer systems are also essential. The Receptionist must be able to demonstrate their immaculate presentation standards and attention to detail at all times.


Duties will include; check in and out of guests including rooming of guests; effective reservation & event enquiry handling; collating guest service feedback; giving, transporting staff to and from work; housekeeping tasks as required; receiving and handover of information; accurate billing and posting of revenue; effective general enquiry handling from guests and colleagues.


We would prefer applicants to have a working knowledge of a computerised hotel management system, preferably Opera, however training will be provided to the right candidate.


Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. Please note there is no live-in accommodation available.


Permanent position - Shift work


Salary – meets national minimum wage.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join the Front Office team on a full-time basis. The position involves meeting and greeting guests, assisting with luggage to and from the rooms and the transportation of guests and staff to and from several locations. General cleaning and tidying of area to maintain hotel standards and any other duties as requested. Full training will be provided.

Casual Therapists

We are currently looking for Therapists on a casual basis, mainly to cover weekends but also some weekday shifts between 10am and 6pm.


To be considered you must hold an NVQ2 and 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy, have excellent customer care skills and the ability to work shifts often at short notice.


You must also have at least 2 years’ experience working in the industry.

Food & Beverage Supervisor – Permanent

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor...


As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will need to have a good ability for forward planning, motivating and supervising a team of people to perform to the best possible standard and provide an exceptional level of service. A friendly and outgoing personality and have previous experience of working within a luxury environment and an award-winning restaurant.


You will assist the departmental manager with the day-to-day running of the F&B operation, controlling any assigned operational area to the highest standards, in keeping with departmental policy and procedures. Ongoing training is offered with the role and you will be trained on food/wine combinations and the intricate side of food and wine.

We are currently seeking numerous Food and Beverage Associates to strengthen the team on a casual basis.
