At Stapleford Park we are always looking out for new and unusual ideas, products or services that we can offer our guests and Sosciutto is one of these. Apart from tasting great on its own, it works very well with fruit and can be used in canapés or as apart of a starter.One of our favourite dishes is this salad where the fruit salsa works with the spiciness of the Sosciutto to create a wonderfully tasty dish.
300 G Sosciutto Salmon
125G Diced Pineapple
125G Diced Watermelon
125G-Diced Ogen Melon
125G-Diced Galia Melon
50G Chopped Corriander
10G Chopped Mint
2 Tablespoons Sweetchilli Sauce
1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
1Tablespoon Miran
100ML Olive Oil
Mixed Salad Leads (Rocket, Mizuna, Purple Cress)
