EXCLUSIVE USE AND PRIVATE PARTIES AT STAPLEFORD PARK

All individually designed bedrooms in the Main House (48) are available exclusively for your event and included in the rate.

 

This will include complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary Newspaper and Full English Stapleford Breakfast the next morning.

 

A dedicated member of staff will look after all of your requirements during your event at Stapleford Park. All dining rooms in the Main House, including our 2 AA Rosette restaurant the Grinling Gibbons will be offered exclusively for this event.

 

Exclusive Use includes:

  • Exclusive Use of Main House
  • Please be advised that exclusive use runs from 14.00 hours on your arrival day, until 11.00 hours on your departure day
  • Does not include the cottages, hotel grounds or the swimming pool

This can be offered at the following rates:

 

Sunday or Monday: £9,000.00 plus a minimum food and beverage spend of £2500.00 single occupancy, or £5,000.00 double occupancy.

Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday: £12,000.00 plus a minimum food and beverage spend of £5,000.00 single occupancy, or £7,000.00 double occupancy.

Friday or Saturday: £16,500.00 plus a minimum food and beverage spend of £5,000.00 single occupancy, or £7,000.00 double occupancy.

 

All prices are excluding VAT including food and beverage minimum spends.

 

Inclusions for Corporate Exclusive Use

All meeting rooms will be set as required and will include:

  • Sweets
  • Flipchart
  • Pads & Pens
  • Unlimited Wi-Fi
  • Conference box
  • Main meeting room hire
  • Mineral water and cordials
