Stapleford Park Partner with Merrill Lynch for City Polo Championship

The recently formed Stapleford Park/Merrill Lynch Polo team are taking part in the Links of London City Polo Championships Final. The team, which trains at Foxhill Farm, a polo facility close to Stapleford Park , has gelled well and is looking forward to challenging the more established teams from the likes of Barclays Bank, ING Real Estate and Mirabaud & Cie/Links of London.

The Finals of the 2007 City Polo Championships are taking place on Friday 8th June at Coworth Park , Windsor . VIP guests will travel in style on Routemaster buses from The Royal Albert Hall, with a Champagne Pommery breakfast on board. During the day, guests will enjoy the City Plate Challenge and the Subsidiary Final before a Champagne Pommery reception and lunch in the VIP marquee. Following lunch, a Polo Show and Charity Auction will take place before the main final. After tea, The Debrett's Cup will be played, a 22 high goal exhibition match. After the presentations, guests are returned to Central London (this time by speedy coach) where the party will continue at The Chukka Party.
