Check in and Check out

Make the most of your stay at Stapleford Park and join us from 11.00am onwards to enjoy the Spa facilities (treatments must be booked in advance), take a stroll around the grounds, relax in the lounge areas with an Afternoon Tea or have some lunch. Likewise on your departure day, do not feel the need to rush off, why not leave your luggage with one of our Butlers and remain our guest for the day.

Your room will be ready from 2.00pm on your arrival day and we would kindly ask that you are ready to vacate your room by 11.00am on your day of departure.

Reservations

We gladly accept reservations made by telephone, and request a deposit of £50 per room for each night booked. We will also accept all major credit cards as a guarantee of your reservation.

Dogs & Pets

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Stapleford Park. They are permitted in all public rooms on a lead, but not in any of our dining rooms. Please do not leave your pooch unattended in your bedroom. We do charge £15.00 per night, per dog.

Important – Cancellation Policy

A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 2.00 p.m. hotel local time 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. Arrivals within 48 hours will be charged the first full nights stay.
