The Gardener's Cottage and the Pavilion Cottage offer you space and comfort. Whilst you relax in you own private residence, remember that there are also an array of complimentary facilities available to you within the hotel and grounds.

Girls Night In from £129.00 per person per night

Enjoy a night in with the girls in one of Stapleford Park’s Estate Cottages. Be greeted on arrival by our Butlers who will escort you to your home from home. Included in your break is 1/2 Bottle of wine per person, 3 Course dinner in our House Dining room, 30 minute treatment per person, overnight stay and full English breakfast.

All guests have use of our Swimming Pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gymnasium and Tennis Courts
(£129.00 applicable Sunday - Thursday, £169.00 Friday - Saturday. Rates are based on a minimum of 8 guests for the Gardeners Cottage and 6 guests for the Pavilion Cottage. 2 Night minimum stay restrictions may apply over some weekends).

Boys Night In from £129.00 per person per night

Enjoy a night in with the boys in one of Stapleford Park’s Estate Cottages. Be greeted on arrival by our Butlers who will escort you to your home from home. Included in your break is 2 bottles of chilled beer per person, 3 Course dinner in our House Dining room, unlimited Golf on our Championship Course, overnight stay and full English breakfast.

Prefer to do some Clay Pigeon Shooting? Why not swap Golf for an hour of shooting at a supplement of £38.00 per person.

Terms & Conditions

Check in and Check out

Make the most of your stay at Stapleford Park and join us from 11.00am onwards to enjoy the Spa facilities (treatments must be booked in advance), take a stroll around the grounds, relax in the lounge areas with an Afternoon Tea or have some lunch. Likewise on your departure day, do not feel the need to rush off, why not leave your luggage with one of our Butlers and remain our guest for the day.

Your room will be ready from 2.00pm on your arrival day and we would kindly ask that you are ready to vacate your room by 11.00am on your day of departure.

Reservations

We gladly accept reservations made by telephone, and request a deposit of £50 per room for each night booked. We will also accept all major credit cards as a guarantee of your reservation.

Dogs & Pets

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Stapleford Park. They are permitted in all public rooms on a lead, but not in any of our dining rooms. Please do not leave your pooch unattended in your bedroom. We do charge £15.00 per night, per dog.

Important – Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £50 per room per respective night reserved will be held as a guarantee. Should you need to cancel your reservation the deposit will be refunded up to 28 days prior to the arrival date, thereafter the deposit becomes non refundable. In the event of cancellation within one week of arrival a full charge of one nights accommodation may be charged if we are not able to resell the room.
