Put our cardiovascular equipment through its paces looking onto the courtyard with its gables, eaves and slate roofs; said to be the finest stable range in Leicestershire. Let the inspiring blend of old and new push you to take on the resistance machines and free weights. Or perhaps you prefer classes? Our fitness studios offer regular sessions including Pilates, fitball, body conditioning and circuit training.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong Classes

Qi Gong is an easy to learn system of rhythmic movements incorporating deep breathing techniques. A popular wellness regime in the west, it has its origin in China, with its core principles used in martial arts, especially Tai Chi.

Its benefits include improved flexibility, balance and circulation, in addition to improving the connection between the body and mind; a form of moving meditation.

No previous experience, no fitness requirements, no mats required.

Just turn up and enjoy.

Sessions commence in Studio 2 of the Lifestyle Club at 10am on Thursdays and roll through to 11:30am.

Non Members can attend these sessions at £10 per session.
