£24,500 - £25,500 depending on experience + share of tips
Stapleford Park is a 4 Red Star luxury country house hotel offering a spa, championship golf course, luxury accommodation, country sports & a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant. We are currently seeking a passionate Chef de Partie Pastry to join our team.
The successful candidate should currently be operating as a pastry chef and would work in a large kitchen team and be able to show a stable CV with relevant experience and able to train the junior chefs within the kitchen.
You should be passionate, committed, focused and able to work under pressure on all sections.
You will need:
- Excellent command of English
- Proven success in similar calibre restaurants
- The ability to work alone and part of a team under guidance from the Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef
